Directions to Yahoola Creek Park

Yahoola Creek Park Hiking Trails are easily accessible to residents and visitors to Dahlonega-Lumpkin County.

From Hwy 400/Gainesville:

Travel north on Hwy 60 toward Dahlonega. Turn right onto Morrison Moore Pkwy, travel .25 miles to Mechanicsville Rd on right. Yahoola Creek Park is located at the end of the road. Follow signs to the trail head which is located behind the Multipurpose Field.

From Dahlonega’s Historic Square:

Travel south on Hwy 60 toward Gainesville (passing North Georgia College). Turn left onto Morrison Moore Pkwy, travel .25 miles to Mechanicsville Rd on right. Yahoola Creek Park is located at the end of the road. Follow signs to the trail head which is located behind the Multipurpose Field.

From Hwy 52/Cleveland:

Turn onto Captain McDonald Rd, which is near and opposite the historic Rockhouse. Yahoola Creek Park is located at the end of the road. Cross the bridge and turn left. Follow signs to the trail head which is located behind the Multipurpose Field.
